UK Postage
Small packages (Without Lipos) are sent using Royal Mail 24 parcel post. (£4)
Last royal mail post is 1pm any orders after will be sent out the next working day.
Bigger and higher value orders are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded delivery
or by Interlink courier or by a delivery company of our discretion.
All high value orders are fully insured and most will require a signature on delivery.
All orders including Lipos will be sent via Next (working) day courior (interlink/DPD) (£5.75)
Free UK Shipping*
Free UK Shipping* is for purchases over £120.00 on the website and is for UK mainland only and excludes Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands etc.
Goods are shipped using our preferred method (UK orders including Lipos will be next working day service, please ensure someone is available to sign for it).
All orders placed after 3pm Thursday (or on Friday before 3pm for Saturday Delivery) will be delivered next working day, which is Monday. Orders taken after 3pm Friday and through to Monday at 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
(unless you choose and pay for Saturday shipping).

We now ship to Europe exclusively with DPD / Interlink courier.
We have found it is the fastest, cheapest method and has full tracking for your security.
We cannot ship lipos to the USA. For Mylipo in America please visit Mylipo.us or Tiny Whoop Direct.

Note on Next Day shipping
Last Orders 3pm
'Next day' is for any order except Fridays after 3pm through to Monday up to 3pm.
All orders placed after 3pm Thursday or on Friday will be delivered next working day which is Monday.
Saturday delivery will be charged at £17. (Cut off time is 3pm Friday.)
A Signature will be needed on delivery.
A note on packaging
We are committed to ensuring your packages arrive with you in perfect condition, if your items have suffered any damage in transit please let us know immediately so we can resolve any damages.
Whilst we do buy a lot of new packaging for this endeavor we are also committed to recycling as much packaging as we can, that would otherwise go to landfill or other waste disposal. Sometimes we reuse boxes or packaging we get from our suppliers to contain or protect your order. We hope you see and value this effort and hope it encourages you to consider the impact we have on our environment.
